Less waiting
The guest scans the code on their table, sunbed or room, sees the full menu in their language and sends a request in seconds — no waving, no shouting, no app store.
Kymiro is a small, focused product from Düsseldorf with its heart in Greece — built so guests never have to wave for service again.

Kymiro was built for the moment every guest knows: you are on a sunbed, you want one more freddo — and the waiter simply does not see you. Scan, browse, request. That is the whole idea.
You lie in the sun, you raise your hand, you wait. The waiter is three rows away with a full tray and honestly cannot see you. Nobody did anything wrong — the round is just lost.
That small friction repeats itself hundreds of times a day in every beach bar, café and hotel pool. Guests wait, staff run, rounds disappear. We did not want to reinvent hospitality; we wanted to remove the waiting.
Kymiro exists to make the service experience better — for the guest who wants a cold drink now, and for the team that wants to spend its energy on hospitality instead of laps around the terrace.
The guest scans the code on their table, sunbed or room, sees the full menu in their language and sends a request in seconds — no waving, no shouting, no app store.
Every request lands in one stream with spot, time and notes. What used to disappear between two tables now reaches the bar.
Staff see what is requested where, split bar and kitchen automatically and can pause or sell out an item with one tap when things get busy.
Kymiro transmits guest requests. Recording them, issuing receipts and settling the bill always stays with the venue and its cash system — that keeps you in control and keeps us out of your tax obligations.
The guest app runs in the browser. A QR code is enough — no install, no account, no data the guest did not choose to give.
Menus can be translated into 58 languages with AI assistance, and the guest view follows the language of the device or the link. Nobody should have to guess what a dish is.
Three clear yearly packages, VAT shown separately, no per-order fee in the current tiers. What a venue pays is on the pricing section — not hidden in a contract.
Each table, sunbed, umbrella or room has its own QR code, so the venue knows exactly where a request comes from.
The guest builds a selection with options, allergens and notes and sends it. Everyone at the same spot shares one live session.
The team sees the request instantly, marks it seen and done, and records it in the cash register as usual.

Founder & developer
I am Niko. I build digital products from Düsseldorf, and I spend a good part of every summer in Greece — on exactly the kind of terraces and beaches Kymiro is made for.
Kymiro started as a very practical annoyance rather than a business plan: waiting for service while a full bar was working as hard as it could. The more venues I talked to, the clearer it got that the problem is not the staff — it is that guests have no simple way to say what they want, when they want it.
So I built the smallest honest solution: a menu that loads in a second, a request that reaches the right spot, and nothing that interferes with how a venue records and settles its sales. Kymiro is operated by NT Investments UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Düsseldorf, and I read the support mail myself.
We would rather show what is verifiable than invent numbers.
A hospitality tool touches guest data and tax-relevant processes, so we are precise about our role.
